Privacy notice
Who we are:
the controller is ArcPoint Labs Ltd (trading as Life & Money, by JR). Contact: joel@arcpointlabs.io.
What we collect:
your answers about your organisation, your cost inputs (bands and numbers about the organisation, never about individual employees), and, if you ask for the summary, your first name, work email, company, role and your marketing choice. We don't ask for names, health details or any information about individual employees. Your answers are stored separately from your contact details.
Why:
to show your result, and to email the one-page summary you asked for. We send the 3 follow-up emails only if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Processors:
Lovable (hosting), Supabase (database), MailerLite (email) and Cal.com (if you book a call).
Email tracking:
our emails do not track whether you open them. Our email provider may record clicks on links in an email, such as the booking link.
Retention:
deleted after 24 months without engagement, or sooner on request.
Your rights:
access, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawing consent at any time, by emailing joel@arcpointlabs.io.
Complaints:
you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Analytics:
we count page visits and steps through the check in aggregate, using our own first-party code, only to improve the check. It is never linked to your name or email. We use no cookies and no third-party trackers.
